Do you print any of your apparel?
No, we are only an online retail store. We deal with manufacturing companies that have the official licenses to make the apparel we sell.
Is all your apparel fully licensed?
Yes, everything on our website is fully and officially licensed. We only deal with manufacturing companies that have the licenses to make the officially licensed apparel we sell.
What is the size range of your shirts?
For our standard cut shirts normally range from Small through XXL. We do carry some 3XL, but are limited because most manufacturers do not carry these sizes normally without special ordering. We will be trying to get most things in 3XL as time goes on.
Our Junior tees range from Small to X-Large. Some come in X-Small.
Our Youth Shirts usually range from Small to X-Large. Some come in sizes X-Small and Juvenille.

What do you accept for payment?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
I placed an order, but now I want to cancel it. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately with your order number or customer name and we will cancel your order for you.
I entered my billing/shipping address incorrectly and I can't change it now. What do I do now?
Please email us or call immediately. We will try to correct the error ASAP.
I entered my shipping address incorrectly and my order still shipped, What happens now?
Your order may be returned to us, we will attempt to contact you for the correct shipping information via email or by phone. There may be an additional reship fee applied for this entry error.
Why do I need to add a valid phone number/email address to my order?
Every once in a while we may have questions about the order before we ship it out. The only way we can get a hold of our customers is through valid phone numbers or email addresses. If we cannot get hold of our customer to have the questions answered, we do reserve the right to cancel the order.
Bad Fly T-Shirt Gurus, LLC only uses email addresses and phone numbers for personal contact only. Email addresses may used also for our Newsletters unless otherwise cancelled by customer. We do not and will not sell any phone numbers or email addresses we receive to anyone ever.
I placed an order, why is my order on hold/cancelled?
Every once we get an order we're not sure about. It can a glitch in the system, the customer has mistakenly given us the wrong information, we just making sure that the order is correct, or it's fraud. We a Bad Fly T-Shirt Gurus take PayPal and Credit Card fraud seriously. We do take measures to contact our customers and their credit card issuers to insure safe transactions. In some extreme cases, we mark them as fraudence and send information to the issuing card holders bank for further investigation. We want to insure that our customers receive their packages in a timely manner as well as protecting them from fraud. We would rather hold a package and have a customer upset for the hold up or cancelling their order rather than risking fraud and having someone call wondering why their credit card is being used for unauthorized purchases.
A Shipping Delay Item is an item that is being sent straight from the manufacturer. Please allow 3-6 Extra Business Days [(10-12) Business Days for International Orders] for process to time range of our current time schedule for shipping. Sublimated Shirts please allow 1-3 more business days on top of wait time.
Multiple item orders will be held until all items are ready to be shipped.
What is a lightweight or slim fit shirt?
Lightweight, athletic cut, slim fit, or Premium shirts are the manufacturers' standards for a smaller shirt that has a higher thread count. This gives the shirt a softer and more form fitting look to them.
What is a distressed shirt/hat?
A distressed shirt is a new shirt that is purposely made to look used and well worn. This also gives the shirt a more vintage/retro look to them. A distressed hat is a new hat that is intentionally roughed up to give it a well used hat effect.
What is a sublimation shirt?
A sublimation shirt is a full print shirt. Each T-Shirt is hand made and Unique. Expect to have slight smudges and blurs over seams as well as areas of creasing near edges.
What is a youth sized shirt?
A youth shirt is typically sized for children ages 6 years (Size small) to teenage years (Size X-Large). This is a standard guide set for the most of the industry.
What is a Juvenile shirt?
A juvenile shirt is the size range is in between and overlaps the sizes of Toddler and Youth shirts. The sizes tend to run slightly bigger than a Toddler shirt of the same size but tend to run slightly smaller than the Youth size equivalent.
What is a Juniors Tee?
A juniors tee (or baby doll tee, or form-fitting tee) is a shirt designed to fit the female body and natural curves. These shirts tend to be more stretchable than the standard shirt, so they can form-fit to a person's body.

A juniors girl tee (or baby doll tee, or form-fitting tee) is a small than juniors shirt designed to fit the female body and natural curves. These shirts tend to be more stretchable than the standard shirt, so they can form-fit to a person's body.
What is a reverse printed shirt?
A reverse printed shirt is a shirt that has a backwards printing on the inside the shirt. The printing is done intentionally to make the outside of the shirt look vintage. The inking process is permanent and should not bleed off the shirt.
What is a Caviar Beads Screen Printing?
Caviar beads screen printing is a process in which a glue is printed in the shape of the design, to which small plastic beads are then applied creating an interesting tactile surface.
What is a vanity size shirt?
A vanity size shirt is a shirt that the manufacturer has marked a smaller size than what the current standard is. When checking the sizing chart, please look at the one size bigger to get accurate measurements (examples: X-Small = Check Small Measurements, Small = Check Medium Measurements, etc.).
What are your shipping methods?
Currently we are using USPS (United States Postal Service). We ship USPS Standard Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, USPS Canadian Standard (Parcel Post) Mail, USPS Canadian Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, and USPS International Standard (Parcel Post) Mail, USPS International Priority Mail, and USPS International Express Mail.

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
We want to make each and every customer 100% satisfied. If you receive a shirt and for some reason you don’t like it, the size is no good, or you just changed your mind and want a different one, we will gladly take it back and by your choice, either issue a refund or exchange it for any other t-shirt. The shirt must be in the original condition with tags. This means never been worn, washed, dried, damaged, free from animal hair, and smoke-free.
We want each and every costumer to feel that they are getting the attention they deserve and make sure that they are enjoying their purchase as soon as possible. To better assist you with your return/exchange, please call our Toll Free number 1-888-359-8223 during our business hours; 10 am - 6 pm (EST). You can also email your request to either returns@tshirtgurus.com or exchanges@tshirtgurus.com with your name, invoice number, a brief description, and a time and number to reach you at and one of our representatives will call or email you within 1-2 business days with further instructions. International Orders will be emailed within 1-2 business days.
All returns/exchange messages must be done within 21 days from date that the item was originally shipped from our warehouse. Refunds will consist of the full amount paid for shirt(s). Shipping expenses will be costumer responsibility, unless otherwise noted.

*NOTE* We will take every measure to make sure your order arrives to you in a timely manner. However, from time to time, orders maybe held up in customs. Due to other countries policies, we cannot be held responsible for orders detained in other countries customs. We are also not responsible for other countries tariffs/taxes that may occur from the purchase.
Why does it appear that I am being charged twice?
You are not being charged twice for your purchase. The first charge is actually an authorization for your purchase. This lets us know that you are the cardholder/PayPal owner. If there are any discrepancies in your billing information, it lets us know to contact you to make sure that you are who you say you are. We are dedicated to keeping this a credit card fraud free website.
We only charge your card after your information is correct, that we have pulled and packed your order, and it is ready to be shipped. We can only charge your card once. The second charge is us collecting payment for you purchase. The authorization charge is then dropped (it should be deleted in a couple of hours/days (depending on your card) of us charging your card).
Do you have a catalog?
We do not currently have a catalog, and do not plan to have one. We regret any inconvenience this may cause.
